Appointments
scheduling, payment, and what to expect

Please note: Dr. Eldridge is not accepting new patients at this time.

All patients are given a receipt. The receipt cannot be submitted to an insurance company by our office, but you may be eligible for reimbursement upon submission of the receipt by your flexible spending account (FSA).

Appointments vary in time required by increments of 30 minutes. The first appointment usually requires at least two hours. Depending on the purpose of future appointments, you are told the time required and cost that will be due when you arrive.

Payments for your appointment must be made when you arrive at the office in the form of cash, debit, or credit card. Knowing how long you are scheduled to see the doctor and having predetermined appointment lengths ensures that your appointment is always on-time. You know how long your appointment will last so you can make plans for the rest of the day without worrying that Dr. Eldridge will fall behind.
